John Slavitt

John Slavitt is the Chief Legal Officer at Abnormal, where he leads all legal functions. He brings more than 25 years of in-house legal leadership experience in the cybersecurity and AI technology sectors.

John spent more than two decades as General Counsel at Check Point Software Technologies, one of the world's leading cybersecurity companies. There, he built and scaled a global legal function through the company's most significant growth phases, navigating complex M&A, international expansion, IP strategy, and public company compliance. He subsequently served as Chief Legal Officer at Gong, the AI-powered revenue intelligence platform, for nearly five years, growing the legal infrastructure of a fast-scaling AI SaaS company.

John earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and holds a degree from the University of Michigan. He is based in Carlsbad, California.
