Lisa Wallace

Lisa Wallace is the Chief People & Transformation Officer at Abnormal AI, where she oversees strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. She also oversees Abnormal’s AI Transformation efforts, helping Abnormal evolve to an AI-first organization by reimagining how human teams leverage AI technology to maximize organizational output.

Lisa was one of Abnormal’s first ten employees and later founded Assemble, an HR technology company acquired by Deel. Her background includes experience building AI products, scaling organizations, and People leadership, giving her a unique perspective at the intersection of humans and AI.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University.
